Our mentorship is one-on-one and group-based. Each participant is paired with a trained mentor who provides guidance, emotional support, and encouragement. We also host group mentorship sessions where girls can learn from peers, engage in personal development activities, and build a supportive network,
Month 1: Orientation & Trust Building
Month 2: Goal Setting & Financial Literacy
Month 3: Job Readiness & Communication Skills
Month 4: Social Skills & Community Engagement
Month 5: Independent Living & Housing Support
Month 6: Reflection & Graduation
Participants commit to engaging in the program for six months, attending regular mentorship sessions (in-person or virtual), and participating in skill-building workshops. We understand that foster care situations can change, so we offer flexible participation options.
No, the program is completely free for participants. We are committed to making mentorship and empowerment accessible to all young women, especially those facing financial or systemic barriers.
Mentors and mentees meet bi-weekly at a minimum, but frequency can be adjusted based on individual needs. We also host monthly group activities and workshops that participants are encouraged to attend.

Have lived experience
Are trained in mentorship and emotional support.
Have experience in career guidance, financial literacy, or personal development coaching.
Yes! After graduation, mentees will have:
Access to an alumni network for ongoing mentorship.
Opportunities for leadership roles in future programs.
Continued check-ins for those who need additional support.
Yes, participation is voluntary. If a mentee wants to leave, we conduct an exit interview to understand their reasons and offer alternative support. If the participant is facing challenges, we may explore adjustments (such as a different mentor or reduced commitment).
We track progress through:
Goal-setting sessions at the beginning of the program.
Regular check-ins between mentors and mentees.
Feedback surveys from participants.
Quarterly progress reports (shared with caseworkers if applicable and with consent).
